Lupin: United States Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) has approved the company’s supplemental new drug application (sNDA) to expand the use of Solosec® (Secnidazole) to include the treatment of Trichomoniasis in adults.   

Hero MotoCorp: Hero MotoCorp sold 10,24,507 units of motorcycles & scooters in the first quarter of the fiscal. The company witnessed a strong rebound in the month of June to sell 4,69,160 units of motorcycles and scooters.  

TCS: The company helps Wiley improve customer experience and boost its online business.  

NCC: NCC has received five new orders worth Rs 2,149 crore (exclusive of GST) in the month of June 2021.   

Mastek: Mastek enables multiple clients to deliver D2X Strategy.   

Coal India: Coal offtake during the first quarter of this ongoing fiscal rose by 32.7 per cent to 160.3 million tonnes (MT). Meanwhile, the company’s coal production rose by 2.4 per cent to 124 MT during the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal year.   

Khadim: Vishal Jain (Chartered Accountant) has resigned as Internal Auditor of the company due to personal reasons with effect from June 30, 2021.  

V-Mart Retail: The company has opened three new stores, one store in Uttar Pradesh while two others in Jharkhand.  

Motilal Oswal Financial Services: The company wins the award for Rs 89 crore (including interest of approx. Rs 8 crore) against Dhanera Diamonds (one of the clients of MOFSL). Dhanera had defaulted in the payment of the outstanding debt balance of Rs 80.74 crore approximately, which has arisen on account of crude oil contracts of April 2020 expiry.   

Aurobindo Pharma: The company shall receive a sum of Rs 1,315 crore from APL Healthcare Limited against the slump sale of Unit 10 on a going concern basis.   

Gayatri Projects: The company has long outstanding receivables pending from various state governments. As a result of these ongoing payment delays, the company has been unable to service its debt obligations dues as of June 30, 2021, to 4 out of 10 banks of the consortium. As a result, the company defaulted on an amount of Rs 34.77 crore, and thus, 4 accounts have turned into non-performing assets (NPA) as of June 30, 2021.   

Tata Power: Tata Power board has decided to withdraw the amalgamation of Tata Power Solar Systems with the company. Coastal Gujarat Power will be amalgamated with the company.   

India Grid Trust: India Grid Trust and Sterlite Power Transmission Limited (SPTL) have decided to discontinue Project Manager Services from SPTL for IndiGrid Project SPVs except for NER II Transmission Limited (NER).   

Route Mobile: Route Mobile Limited boosts capabilities of its omnichannel CPaaS platform by signing definitive agreements to acquire business email technologies from Sarv on a slump sale basis.
