RCF Recruitment 2022: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF Ltd) is inviting applications for posts of Management Trainees in various disciplines. Commencement of On-Line registration of application by candidates will start on 02.08.2022 at 8:00 am the Last date for online registration of application by candidates is 22.08.2022 at 5:00 pm.
SC/ST/FEMALE/ PwBD Candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee at the time of online registration. ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) are required to be paid by General, OBC, and EWS categories.
Relaxation in age will be allowed for up to 05 (five) years for SC/ST and 03 (three) years for OBC (NCL) candidates considered against reserved posts.
The selection process for the positions of Management Trainees comprises of Online Test and Personal Interview.

Education Qualification:
- Regular and Full-Time graduation degree in any discipline from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution.
And - 2 years regular and full time post-graduation degree or equivalent master’s degree with a specialization in Human Resource/Personnel /Social Work/ Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Studies from UGC/AICTE recognized University / Institution. Additional qualifications in law will be preferred. Proficiency in the Marathi language is preferable.
- If the specialization is not mentioned in the Mark Sheet / Degree certificate, a letter from the college/University specifying the specialization will be required. Post-Graduation Diploma in Management (PGDM) will not be considered.
Upper Age Limit: As on 01.03.2022- 27 years for Unreserved category, For SC category– 32 years, For OBC Category – 30 years. Additional Concession for Children/ family members of the victims of 1984 riots – 5 Years.

Minimum Percentage:

- Before applying online, candidates should-
- scan their :
– photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm)
– signature (with black ink)
– left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink)
– a hand written declaration (on a white paper with black ink) (text given below) - ensuring that the all these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications as given in point C – Guidelines for scanning and Upload of Documents to this Advertisement.
- The left thumb impression should be properly scanned and not smudged. (If a candidate is not having left thumb, he/she may use his/ her right thumb for applying.)
- The text for the hand written declaration is as follows –
