Chargebee, a subscription management platform, announced a slate of new products and features for its 2022 summer release. The showpiece is Chargebee Retention, which enables businesses to customize cancellation experiences with offers geared toward continuing the customer relationship and allowing businesses to test personalized retention-magnet strategies to minimize voluntary churn and strengthen customer lifetime value. The release also includes Chargebee Receivables, formerly numberz, which allows automation of the accounts receivables workflow and process from purchase to payment. Users can proactively engage with customers before predicted payment failures to minimize involuntary churn and increase customer retention. There is also Chargebee Entitlements, which enables businesses to “value-test” and experiment with different packaging and pricing options, and control new feature launches with rollouts to small subsets of customers.
