CRIS Recruitment 2022: The Centre for Railway Information Systems has invited Online Applications from the Experienced Candidates Eligible for the Post Manager/Deputy Manager (MDMS). The Candidates satisfying the Eligibility Benchmark/Criteria and, hence, are deemed to be Eligible, the Officers interested may apply in the Prescribed Application Format (Annexure-l) available in the Advertisement, post-Online Application/Registration in Online Mode and may send their respective the CRIS Recruitment System generated Application through Email.
*The Closing Date for submission of the Duly completed Applications is 30 Days from the issuance of the Recruitment Vacancy Notice, (i.e 30 days from 26th July 2022).
Note: The Applicants need to submit simultaneously a copy of the CRIS System generated Application to their respective Administrative Officer (Ministry/HQ/Board etc.) for forwarding the application to CRIS indicating i) No-Objection, ii) Vigilance/D&AR Clearance, iii) APARs of the Preceding Five-years, etc.
Service Tenure: The Tenure of the Post of Manager/Deputy Manager is fixed for 05-years on Usual Terms and Conditions of Deputation.
Selection Criteria: Selection to the Post Manager/Deputy Manager remains as mentioned in Ministry of Railway, Railway Board’s Letter No.2017/E(O)II/41/5 dated 25th May 2017 and No. 2018/E(O)11/41/1 Dated 7th March 2018.

Post: Manager/Deputy Manager(MDMS) : 01 Vacancy
Pay Scale: Level l2/11/10 (as per 7th CPC Pay Matrix)
Upper Age Limit: The Applicant should not exceed 57 years (Maximum Age).
Eligibility, Experience and Specific Requirement, if any:
Specific Requirements: Railway Officers working in Levels 12, Level 11, or Level 10 (as per 7th CPC) with relevant Working Experience in Train Operations, with Railway Assets like Loco, Wagon, Coaches etc.
Job Responsibility: The Incumbent Officer will be responsible to prepare Estimates, Memoranda of Understanding with the Nodal Office, making & moving Procurement RFPs/Tenders, Vendor Bill, and Railway. Data Owners/Users-handling, User Training, Data Management, Field Testing works, etc. The Officer should be having relevant Experience and Knowledge of the Government Tender Process, Estimates, Fund Management, etc., as followed by CRIS.
The Officer having exposure to Computerization and Preceding Working Experience in the Railway Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Organization will be given preference.
The Officer should be conversant with functioning in Computerized Environment.
Note: The Officer functioning in substantive Grade of Level 10 & Level 11 with at least Two-years’ Service in Relevant Grade(s) will be considered for Level l1 & Level l2 respectively. The Officer working in Level 12 will be eligible for Pay plus Deputation (Duty) Allowance.
