MPHC Recruitment 2022: The Director, Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi has invited the Applications from the Candidates meeting the Eligibility Benchmark for the Posts of i) Judicial Member (08 Vacancies) and II) Technical Members (11 Vacancies) in the National Company Law Tribunal.
The Personnel fulfilling the prescribed Eligibility Criteria specified in the later part and also mentioned in the MPHC Recruitment Notification may apply Online as per the Instructions. The Last Date for Online Application/Registration comes to an end on 12th August 2022 (12.08.2022 at 17:30 Hours).
Note: Those Personnel serving/employed in the Court/Government Service/Public Sector Undertaking/other Organizations should get their Application forwarded through Proper Channel within 10 days from the Last Date of online application.
Serving Tenure: The Tenure for the Post shall span 10 Years, implying that Initial Appointment offered to the Person will be 05-Years and Re-Appointment for another 05 years until reaching 65 years.
Essential Documents for submission: In reference to i) Judicial Member in National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) against 08 Vacancies and ii) Technical Members in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) against 11 Vacancies
The Applicant, after Final Submission through Online Portal, should take the System generated Application Printout Printout of duly completed the Applications, and signed copies of the Uploaded documents, and through Proper Channel (accompanied by a Certificate issued by the present Employer in the Annexure), wherever applicable, should dispatch to the Under Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi

Post, Upper Age, Eligibility, Vacancy As On 12.08.2022
i) Judicial Member in the National Company Law Tribunal: 08 Vacancies
ii)Technical Member in the National Company Law Tribunal: 11 Vacancies
Upper Age Limit: The Candidates should have attained Minimum 50 Years under [Section 413(2) of Companies Act 2013] As on the Closing/Last Date of Receipt of Online Application.
Eligibility for Judicial Member: Essential Qualifications for Judicial Member Positions in accordance with the provisions of Section 409(2) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Applicant shall not be qualified for Appointment as Judicial Member unless He or She:
i) is or has been a Judge of the High Court of any of the States Or
ii) is or has been a District Judge for Minimum Five (05) Years Or
iii) has for Minimum Ten (10) Years been an Advocate of any Court.
Eligibility for Technical Member: Essential Qualifications for Technical Member: According to the Provision of Section 409 (3) of the Companies Act 2013 as amended by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017, the Applicant in order to be Eligible for Applying and Qualified for Appointment as a Technical Member unless He or She
i) has Minimum 15-years of the Indian Corporate Law Service or Indian Legal Service and has been holding the Rank of Secretary Or Additional Secretary to the Government of India; or
ii) is or has been practicing as a Chartered Accountant for Minimum Fifteen-years; Or
iii) is or has been practicing as a Cost Accountant for Minimum 15 years; Or
iv) is or has been practicing as a Company Secretary for Minimum Fifteen years; Or
v) is a Person of Proven Ability, Integrity and Standing having Special Knowledge and Professional Experience, of at least Fifteen (15) Years, in the Industrial Finance, Industrial Management, Industrial Reconstruction, Investment, Accountancy; Or
vi) is or has been for Minimum Five (05) Years, a Presiding Officer of a Labour Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal constituted under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947).

ii) Note: Detailed Instructions for Online Application/Registration are available on the Portal (under “Instruction for applying Online” Heading). The Applicant should have handy all requisite and relevant documents for uploading Online along with the Application.
iii) Address the duly completed Application coupled with the Mandatory Documents put into an Envelope super scribed as Application for the Post of Judicial Member/Technical Member in NCLT, addressed to Mr. Riazul Haque, Under Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Room No 526, A ‘Wing, 5th floor, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi 110 001 latest by 23.08.2022 (05:30 PM).
