KPSC Recruitment 2022: Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has invited Online Applications from the Candidates Eligible for Recruitment to various Posts in different Departments. KPSC has issued the Recruitment Advertisements for the purpose. The Candidates fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria for the Posts concerned as notified in Kerala Public Service Commission Recruitment Advertisements 2022. 01) For the Post: Chief (Industry and Infrastructure Division)
Upper Age Limit: Minimum 35 Years and Maximum 46 Years (i.e., The Candidates should have been born between 02.01.1976 and 01.01.1987 (Both Dates remain Included).
Education: The Candidate should have in possession A First or High Second Class Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) from Duly Recognized University Or Institution. Or A Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management from Duly Recognised University or Management Institute with Specialisation in a) Project Evaluation and Management And b) Operations Research.
Desired: Five-years’ Experience in Project Planning.
02) For the Post: Assistant Engineer (Electrical)
(Direct recruitment from among First and Second Grade Overseer / Draftsman (Electrical) and clerks in Public Works Department)
Educational: The Candidates should hold a Degree in Electrical Engineering from Kerala University or its Equivalent. Or A Pass in Section ‘A’ and ‘B’ of the AMIE (India) in Electrical Engineering.
Desired: In the case of First Grade/Second Grade Draftsman/Overseer (Electrical) the Candidate should have rendered Minimum 02-Years’ Service as a First/Second Grade Draftsman/Overseer (Electrical) in the Electrical Wing of Public Works Department. In the case of Clerk Post Minimum Six Years’ Service in the Public Works Department.
03) For the Post: Chemical Inspector/Technical Assistant
Upper Age Limit: Minimum 23 Years and Maximum 36 Years. (i.e., the Candidates should have been born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.1999: both Dates included)
Educational Qualifications: 01. The Candidate must have in possession a Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology (with Minimum 55% Marks) from Duly Recognized University
Desired: Post-obtained Degree Minimum 02-Years’ Experience in a Supervisory capacity in a Chemical Industry or Laboratory run by any State Government or Central Government or by any Quasi-Government Public Enterprise.
04) For the Post: Statistician in Kerala Institute for Research, Training and Development Studies
Upper Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years & Maximum 36 Years (i.e., Only Candidate born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004: both dates included)
Educational Qualification: The Candidate should have in possession a First or Second Class Master’s Degree in Statistics obtained after a Regular Course of Study from Duty Recognized University.
05) For the Post: Junior Manager (Accounts) (Recruitment By Transfer)
Upper Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 36 Years (i.e., the Candidate should have been born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004: Both Dates included).
Educational Qualification: The Candidate should have been a Holder of a First or Second class Master’s Degree in Statistics obtained after a Regular Course of Study from Duly Recognized University.
06) For the Post: Reporter Grade-II (English)
Upper Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 36 Years (i.e., The Candidate should have been born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004: Both dates included)
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation from Duly Recognized University.
Desired: 1) (i) Higher Grade Examination in English Typewriting passed from Kerala Government Technical Education/Directorate of Technical Education, Kerala) (ii) Computer Word Processing (Higher); iii) Higher Grade Examination in English Shorthand (KGTE/DTEK) Or

07) For the Post: Finance Manager – Part-I (General Category)
Upper Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 40 Years. (i.e., The Candidate born between 02/01/1982 and 01/01/2004: Both Dates Included)
Educational Qualification: The Candidate should have a) Accountancy Qualification recognized for Enrolment in the Register of Members maintained by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or Indian Institute of Costs & Works Accountants (IICWA), Calcutta or a Pass in the final examination of the Costs & Works Accountants, London. b) Five-Years’ Post-Qualification Experience in a Responsible Capacity dealing in Financial Management in a major Industrial Establishment/Government Organization/ Reputed Firm/Company. c) Knowledge in all aspects of Management, Accounting, Institutional Finance, Budgeting and Tax Planning issued by the Responsible Person as evidenced by Experience Certificate.
d) Knowledge in preparation of the Project Reports, Cash-flow Analysis, Financial Analysis, and in conducting Feasibility Studies.
08) Post: Work Superintendent
Upper Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 36 Years (i.e., The Candidate should have been born between 02.01.1986 and 01.01.2004: Both Dates included)
Educational Qualification: The Eligible Candidate must have in possession the following:
1. He or She should have Passed Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC).
2. A) Surveying and Levelling (Lower) KGTE/MGTE and Passed in any two of the Qualifications of KGTE/MGTE; viz., a) Building Drawing and Estimating (Lower) and b) Building Materials and Construction (Lower); c) Earth-work and Road-making (Lower); d) Hydraulics and Irrigation Engineering (Lower); e) Mensuration (Lower) Or B) Certificate issued by the Director General of Resettlement Employment (DGRE) in Surveyor Trade under the Draftsman Training Scheme. Or C) ITI Draftsman Certificate in Civil/Mechanical Trade Or D) Diploma in Agricultural and Rural Engineering awarded by the Kerala Agricultural University (KAU) Or its Equivalent duly recognized by Kerala Agricultural University (KAU) with least 2-Years.
09) Post: Beat Forest Officer
Upper Age Limit: Minimum 19 Years and Maximum 33 Years (i.e., the Candidates should have been born between 02.01.1989 and 01.01.2003: Both Dates included)
Educational Qualification: The Candidate should have: i) Passed in Plus Two Examination conducted by the Board of Higher Secondary Education, Government of Kerala or Equivalent Examination duly recognized by the Government of India or Government of Kerala. Note i) KS & SSR Part II Rule 10(a)(ii) is applicable. ii) He/She, having applied with Equivalent Qualification instead of the Qualification mentioned in the Recruitment Notification, should produce the relevant Government Order to prove their qualifications equivalency at the time of verification.
2 *Male/Female Candidates should have in possession of other prescribed Essential Eligibility Benchmark; i.e., i) Physical Standards (PS); ii) Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Endurance Test (ET) as mentioned in the Recruitment Advertisement.
