Nationally ranked CPA firm The Bonadio Group has promoted four partners from its Buffalo, Rochester and Albany, New York offices, effective Jan. 1, 2023. As The Bonadio Group continues to strive “To Be Greater” in the new year, these promotions support its goals for growth and excellence.

In June 2022, The Bonadio Group announced its “To Be Greater” campaign, which is focused on creating and marketing an unparalleled employee experience, with reward and recognition being key tenets. In pursuit of its efforts, it promoted more than 60 team members across the firm in September in addition to the recent partner promotions.

“As we continue our journey to enhance every facet of our business, we look to our people to lead with promise and purpose,” says CEO Bruce Zicari. “We are so proud to recognize their talents by welcoming them to the partnership.”

Recently promoted partners include:

Christopher Abram (Rochester): Formerly a principal of The Bonadio Group’s Health Care and Tax-Exempt Practice, Chris brings more than 17 years of public accounting, auditing and consulting experience to his new role, primarily in the long-term care space.

Jennifer Arnold (Buffalo): With 20 years of expertise in business consulting and tax services for both large and small closely held businesses, Jennifer is a leader in the dedicated Cross Border Tax group, working closely with the firm’s various international clients.

Kathleen Bloss (Albany): Kathleen (Kait) has specialized in commercial, construction, labor, privately held companies, and employee benefit plans at the firm for over 16 years, most recently as a principal. She is also a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA).

Karen Lynch (Rochester): Having started at the firm as an intern more than 20 years ago, Karen most recently served as a principal with the firm’s Health Care and Tax-Exempt Practice, focused on student financial aid compliance, as well as federally qualified health centers and other audit engagements.
