Overview:
UnitedLex is hiring an experienced Sr Associate at their Gurgaon location. You will be managing data related transition from another File format to Microsoft Excel.

What will you be doing:
Proactive communication with project manager, ensuring all client requirements are met and reports are submitted on time.
Interpret currently utilized scripts to enhance and/or implement into a process.
Data cleansing experience with Microsoft Excel.
Utilize MS office tools (e.g., Power Query, Macros).
Resolve complex issues with team members in a fast-paced environment.
Actively work on skill development, engagement, and retention of team members.
Responsible for upskilling and training the team members.
Provide regular feedback for performance.
Perform QC/QA checks for team members.
Liaison with other teams.
Qualifications for this Job:
5-4 years of experience as a data analyst with an emphasis on cleansing data from multi sources
Strong background with advanced MS Excel data analysis/manipulation capabilities such as
Proficient in Excel formulas, like Trim, Proper, Text to Column, Concat Etc.
Data capture, cleaning, and transformation
Manipulate large volumes of data using Excel and/or MS Office products.
Experience using internal/external applications within a data pipeline.
Trouble shoot data issues.
Presenting data/reports as needed.
Passionate to drive business metrics – Productivity, Quality, and other key deliverables.
What Skills are Needed:
Ability to prioritize between multiple complex projects/timelines.
Excellent written and Verbal communication.
High level of positive attitude with good listening skills
Ability to adapt to any process changes and work on different types of projects.
Ability to priorities between multiple complex projects/timelines
Strong attention to detail and the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
Candidates with demonstrated experience in Data Breach Response, or Incident Response will be preferred.
Must be able to work in Deadline driven industry, also able to work on weekends.
