Genpact is hiring an experienced Associate – Order Management at their Hyderabad location. In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas of Order Management.

What will you be doing:
Responsible for actioning Customer Orders after doing all cross checks
Strictly follow SOP & adhere to frequent changes
Ready to take extra initiatives within team
Strong hold of minute changes in process
Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
Respond to customer query through email, calls
Provide excellent customer service to our customers
Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend working)
Qualifications for this Job:
Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Previous experience in Order Entry is preferred
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
Must be able to take split offs
Strong attention to minute detail
Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes
