Overview:
Cargill is hiring an experienced Process Specialist at their Bangalore location. The Process Specialist, will review and perform record to report activities, Monitoring and Clearing all Interface Errors /Integrity Checks and other month end close activities and closing process and reporting activities. In this role, you will lead process improvements, train the rest of the team on process changes and continuous improvement and assist in audit activity.

What will you be doing:
Update and maintain standard operation procedures on a timely basis.
Execute new business migration activities and processes efficiently and effectively.
Develop and cultivate relationships with business partners, responding to business contacts or customers directly to deliver accurate processes.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Qualifications for this job:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing applications
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Experience in Runbook Smart Close
Experience in Clearing the Interface errors in JDE and month close activities
Knowledge of accounting modules in enterprise resource planning systems
Experience working in multinational environment or with external audit
Knowledge of international financial reporting standards and generally accepted accounting principles
