Ushering in a wave of changes, 2023’s new legislation on pay transparency has focused hugely on compliance. Will there be an impact on your employees and organization because of new pay transparency laws? And what about talent acquisition and engagement strategies? Will there be consequences for companies that are not practicing pay equity?

While a handful of states have enacted pay transparency laws, other states will likely follow suit. ADP’s Deb Hughes, SVP, Transformation Communications and Change Management and HR for HR; Jason Delserro, Chief Talent Acquisition Officer; and Helena Almeida, VP, Counsel, take a deep dive into those questions, and more.

Log into “Pay Transparency — Managing the Impact to Your People,” March 22, 2023, 2 p.m. (EST), to get critical insights and potential strategies you can use to meet your goal of pay transparency, including:

  • The purpose of pay transparency laws; the pros and the cons for different areas of your HR department
  • Impact to recruiting your workforce
  • Ways to prepare first-line managers and recruiters for difficult conversations

There is pending approval for 1 HRCI, 1 SHRM and 1 CPE credit.
