Overview:
Victoria’s Secret is hiring an experienced Finance Executive – Account Payable at their Bangalore location. You will be account payable for merchandises payments including following up unmatched GRIR item with documentation team, Inventory Control team and Merchandising team to ensure payment on time.

What will you be doing:
Support for month end closing for preparing and reviewing journal entries and schedules analyses
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc analysis
Assist and provide supporting documents to internal and external auditors
Follow up with vendors for any enquiries related to invoices, outstanding balance and issues of the payments
Prepare payment proposals for merchandise purchase payments include checking last’s payment confirmation, checking price variance and collect related supporting document for payments
Process manual invoices, debit and credit memos with vendors & follow up any issues for the payments
Continuous improvement / process improvement focus.
Qualifications for this Job:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or related
Relevant SAP experience required
Strong PC skills. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong knowledge and application of financial and accounting principles and fundamentals
Cross-functional team player
Professional and strong written communication skills
Conducts all work in an ethical, honest, professional, and confidential manner
Ability to execute tasks in a thorough, composed, accurate and timely fashion while managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
Self-motivated, self-starting and a creative thinker
