Overview:
BCG is hiring an experienced Global Services Finance Senior Analyst at their New Delhi location. Working collaboratively with the Global Capabilities and Programs (“GCP”) Functional Finance team, this position will provide the team with support on key finance topics.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The Ideal Candidate should be able to:
Coordinate the budget planning and forecasting process for GCP in partnership with the respective Functional Finance leads, ensuring alignment of functional growth with overall plan parameters
Coordinate end to end worldwide costs consolidation and reporting and work with other members of the Functional Finance team to prepare end to end functions summaries, highlighting key drivers of growth and opportunities for cost savings
Build and maintain scenario models for measuring firmwide cost targets bifurcated by region or by global function
Provide analytical support on various cross functional projects
Support Functional Finance Managers in slide writing and presenting GCP growth and investment to senior leadership
Working across time zones and performing in a hybrid work model efficiently
Collaborating with other team members of Functional Finance team and with other teams such as workforce planning team, global analysis team, intercompany team, systems team, etc.
Meeting commitments and deadlines with high quality, accurate results
Demonstrating strong analytical skills and resolving complex problems with less supervision
Engaging and influencing other analysts through excellent oral, written, and active listening communication skills
Building a strong network of BCG colleagues across Finance and other functions
Effectively managing work across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities, remaining flexible and communicate openly to ensure constructive and positive outcomes
Identifying and executing against an agenda that focuses on the most critical issues that have the highest impact on the organization and business needs
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
5+ years of relevant work experience in a Finance environment
Advanced Excel skills and experience managing high-volume data sets
Intermediate Alteryx workflow and Tableau dashboard-building skills
